120 Xiamen-made buses successfully shipped overseas
On the afternoon of the 11th, 120 Xiamen-made buses were successfully loaded onto the Liberian bulk carrier "AE URANUS" at the Modern Terminal in Dongdu Port Zone, setting sail for Jeddah Port in Saudi Arabia, a key hub under the Belt and Road Initiative. This marks a strong start to Xiamen Port's seaborne exports for the year. To facilitate the vehicle export process, Xiamen Maritime Safety Administration opened a "green channel," significantly reducing the vessel's port stay time. By promptly obtaining ship and cargo information and providing navigation aids such as weather and visibility updates, the authority ensured smooth sailing for Xiamen-made buses as they expand into the Belt and Road markets.
